We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential & Commercial Cleaner to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable.

• Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as floor care, carpet cleaning, dusting, window washing, and sanitation of high-touch surfaces.

• Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed.

• Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to ensure effective sanitation while adhering to safety standards.

• Manage heavy lifting tasks safely when moving furniture or large equipment during deep cleans or maintenance.

• Maintain housekeeping standards by organizing supplies, restocking materials, and ensuring all areas are spotless.

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their cleaning needs and preferences.

• Follow proper manual handling procedures during outdoor work or when handling bulky items to prevent injury.

• Assist with janitorial duties in various settings such as offices, hotels, or retail spaces to uphold cleanliness standards.

• Support outdoor cleaning projects including trash removal, patio cleaning, or landscape debris management when required.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is highly desirable.

• Experience with commercial cleaning environments such as offices or retail spaces is a plus.

• Familiarity with sanitation procedures for kitchens and bathrooms to ensure health standards are met.

• Hands-on experience with janitorial equipment like vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and pressure washers preferred.

• Customer service background demonstrating strong communication skills and professionalism.

• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy objects or performing outdoor work.

• Previous hotel or custodial experience can be beneficial in understanding high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
